SHIPPING POLICY

1. General information

We provide delivery of completed orders within Panama and, when required, internationally. Shipping conditions depend on the type of product, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

2. Production and shipping times
  • Production time for custom-made products (including 3D printing) is calculated individually and agreed with the client before work begins.

  • Orders are shipped after production is completed and payment is confirmed.

  • All stated timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping methods

We use courier services, postal operators, or local pickup (if available). The shipping method is agreed upon with the client at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

  • Shipping fees may be included in the invoice or paid separately, as agreed with the client.

 5. Liability
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (courier services, customs authorities, or force majeure events).

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the client once the order is handed over to the shipping provider.

 6. Damaged or lost shipments

If a product arrives damaged, the client must contact us as soon as possible and provide photo or video evidence for review.
