  • Custom-made items, including 3D-printed products based on client-provided files or specifications, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • This is due to the personalized nature of such products.

3. Errors or defects

A refund or reprint may be offered in the following cases:

  • manufacturing defects;

  • failure to meet agreed technical specifications;

  • damage occurring before the product is handed over to the client or shipping provider.

Clients must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide photo or video evidence.

4. Digital files and models

Digital products (including STL files, 3D models, or printable files) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

5. Review period

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A decision will be made after evaluating the submitted materials and order details.

6. Refund method
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Processing times depend on the client’s bank or payment provider.
